i have a 2003 mercury 8 i got pre-owned. i wanted to replace the impeller and fuel filter. steve and tina sold me the correct parts, first of all. after i finished the job the boat wasn't making enough water while running. steve graciously let me bring the motor there where he water tested it in the tank. when it started peeing properly he explained to me that the motor had to hit an internal temperature of 120 degrees before the thermostat open and let the water flow.
not only is steve like an encyclopedia of mercury knowledge but he's gracious, too. highly recommended!

owner Steve is the most knowledgable marine mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a serious boater and fisherman himself and has been there done that. he has always been fair (less than anyone else price wise) and has always accommodated me when the situation was urgent. Cannot say enough good things about him. Jack B

The mechanic knows what he is doing and price rates are fair. No complaints for the mechanic but the woman at the service desk is a vicious pit bull with a horrible attitude. I'm sure she drives away many customers for this business. We've taken our boat here for many years but we are looking to take our money where we won't be attacked and verbally abused.

Don't go here. Took my motor there and they suposedly checked it out and charge me over $70 to do nothing and they sold me parts that I didn't need.
