I dropped off my weed trimmer asking them to tell me how much it would cost to fix it. No one told me it was going to cost me $40 to have them tell it is was going to cost $150 to fix. After he told me on the phone about the $150 I said, "Ok ill just come get it and try to fix it myself". "Well you have to pay us $40 to pick it up." he said. "Otherwise we will just use it for parts for someone else."

Nice scam. The key is not telling you that they intend to hijack and hold for ransom your weed trimmer. I promise you that if I was in their business for as long as they have, I would be able to tell what was wrong with a trimmer in about 5 seconds. I wouldn't need to charge $40. I wouldn't have to resort to this trickery. I hate this place.

After the above phone exchange I just hung up and never went back. I didn't want to say anything I would regret. I try to be an honest, decent and dignified person. I guess I just accidently expect that from the world sometimes.

Not done much business yet, but the times I have gone in , they seem to be nice and helpful,The mowers " pre-owned" seemed to be a little pricey ?I will kept going there until attitudes change from good to arrogant,and unfriendly;

Truly a great company. They are very considerate,honest and helpful. been going to them for years and found they are always true to their word. Customer service does seem to be a key word with this company. Joe Vieu
