Wow i have been keeping up with the yumi yogurt app reward points but today the person screwed up my points card apparently didnt complete the entry n when i pointed it out she only gave me 2 credits when i bought 3 yogurts but i already had 2 points on the card so she argued that i only had one point whats the big deal and why isnt the customer always right? She dis screw up the point entry to begin with n also scewed up the total points i should have had, boy she wasnt going to give me that extra point so i left!!! We always go there n always have had good service!! Shes weird

I have tried all of the other yogurt places and Yumi in Santa Clara is by far the best! Much better than even the shop in Los Gatos which is not as generous with portion sizes. Also, the yogurt at the LG Yumi is inconsistent. Foe superb yogurt and best value, go to Yumi in Santa Clara
