Your mail. I paid for a private mailbox for 3 years because my roomate in Santa Monica was noisy:going through my mail.



I paid 126 dollars for six months because I did not have enough ID for a PO BOX from the USPS and the national mailbox center would sign for a package and I could use the street address on my resume and to receive secure packages,



This lady who owns the place Angela Ortiz, was very nice the first year, then her son Jose Ortiz and a niece of hers started working there and mail was always missing, even when it required a signature and I proved that it was signed for by "ORTIZ" no first name on the signature Jose still withheld my mail. I never received my package or a credit fom the store in NYC so I stopped going there and reported this place to the Santa Monica Police and the Postal Inspector. Angela Ortiz 'son told he he has a problem with "White Boys" as he called me. I'm 39!! And I'm not a racist- nor did I ever disrepect Jose or his mother Angela Ortiz.



Amongst other things that went missing during my second year at National Mailbox center, was my bank statements, High School Trans scripts. Netflix movies. Jose likes to put my mail in the wrong slot so when I come for it--and I live really far it's not in my box. Then he calls me and tells me on the phone he found my movie after I get home!





STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. NO CAMERAS AND NO SECURITY AND LOTS OF PASSIVE AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING..then make threats!
