I went hear to have two charms put on two bracelets. on one of the bracelets the man did a terrible job putting the charm on the bracelet he ruined the chair, he did not even offer to fix the problem, he said that my sterling silver charm had alloy on it which I checked with the store I bought it at. they told me the charm was solid sterling silver, so the man was lying to me, I will never recommend these place to anyone also I will never go there again.
