Your product, Family Pet Laser Pointer, is a defective devise. I was at your store, 04/21/11, and bought one of the laser pointers, and when I opened the package, it died. Today, 04/22/11, I went again, and bought one and it didn't even had a light. I expect a reply at and a way to fix this product or I will report this. It is illegal to supply a product that is defective every time it is bought.
