I called first and they were very helpful and friendly when we spoke over the phone. I arrived just a few minutes before they were closing. They were very accommodating and assured me that it was ok to get what I needed. I purchased the part I needed and it fixed my washer. I would highly reccomend them and will be using them again for any appliance parts needs I amy have in the future! Great service and an overall great experience! Thanks y'all!!
