I called to receive an assessment and estimate on my home foundation in order to proceed with either installing a wood or steel support beam for a low bearing wall. The person who answer the phone inform me that they are booked until July and therefore could not help me. When I asked can they recommend someone or someplace else I was just simply told "no I don't", with no other explanation or apology. He did not take my information to at least offer me an opportunity incase someone cancels. I would never call this place again or recommend it to anyone. What a disappointment, I called this place since I had read their great reviews, obviously they are not so great.

We had an urgent situation when two fallen trees breached our roof. Grigg & Davis Engineers responded quickly to our request for an evaluation and repair plan, as mandated by our town. From there, the firm expertly took on this project and did the heavy lifting with regard to management and execution, essentially relieving all the stress in this situation. Louise Grigg personally led the process with local building department and found us a terrific contractor to complete the work. Louises communications were always clear and timely, and she always displayed model professionalism. Because the top notch expertise and service, we ended up with an expert and efficient repair. I am most grateful to Grigg & Davis Engineers and highly recommend this firm.
