Had four tires put on a week and a half ago. And this morning my tire flew off because none of the lug nuts were tightened properly. This is the most unprofessional and rude garage I’ve ever dealt with. My 7 month old daughter was in the car when the tire flew off and I had sparks going down the road because they couldn’t tighten lug nuts properly. Called to talk to the manager to let him know what happened, and he told me if I have a problem then call the cops. They should be shut down immediately.

I have been to NGR for tire and other minor mechanical issues many time. The staff are very respectful and friendly. They are very fast and honest. If your tires are good they will tell you it doesn't need to be change. Very good service.....

I took my car two times to NGR, both times they used WRONG SIZE tire and Second time DAMAGED MY RIMS, very Unprofessional and won't even give receipt the second time. I should known better while I was there, another customer was also complaining about getting a tire which kept going flat. OVERALL very bad experience, BOTTOM LINE IF THEY DONT HAVE YOUR SIZE TIRE, THEY WILL PUT ON ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY!!!
