Awesome service, good speed, excellent prices and attention to detail. Scottsdale Locksmith Service replaced the lost key with a new one and reconfigured the system to erase the details of the old key. They got that done quickly and I still had time to spare. They even rekeyed the locks in my home upon request, though I hadn’t hired them for it in the first place. If stolen car keys could be misused so could the home keys, and I didn’t want to take any chances. A locksmith I hired from the nearby store damaged the door so badly while trying to bust the door open that I thought I would have to replace the door entirely. Scottsdale Locksmith Service suggested that a metal reinforced plate could be used to secure the door without spending on a brand new one. Eric went out of his length to make sure the colors on the plate and the door matched.

Where do I start? From the way they handled my call to the completion of the job, Their USP is their pricing! I dont think theres anyone else in Scottsdale, AZ that offer such a reasonable pricing scheme. Have had a couple of bad experiences with other technicians in the past! Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in Scottsdale, AZ and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply. Gorge asked for pictures and sent them as requested. He came at 4pm as said, and changed our lock in 10 minutes. Great price, great service, and simply just a great guy. FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. We were left with a $140 bill and a busted lock! We called Scottsdale Locksmith Service to come fix it at 10:30 PM. They were here in 17 minutes, fixed the lock and hardly charged us anything. I never leave internet reviews but I felt compelled to tell others about this great service.

These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Scottsdale, AZ. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. I called Scottsdale Locksmith Service based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
