Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Scottsdale, AZ. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars. Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more? We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called Scottsdale Locksmith Store , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
