All I needed was copy keys, however, nearly every other hardware store I visited denied service to me stating that the key belonged to a high security lock and was difficult to duplicate. When youve been tricked into buying unwanted stuff, charged $250 for opening up a locked car or reduced to waiting for hours for the person to get there, Im sure youd share the same feelings I used to! But Emerald Lock & Key Shop does have a way with its customers! When I was locked out of my home and Id exhausted all my other options, a friend passed on their number to me. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Emerald Lock & Key Shop.

I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside.
