- Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center, established in1937, is a nonprofit organization serving people suffering from hearing and speech impairments. It is headquartered in Seattle and has a branch office in Bellingham, Wash. It provides audiology services and hearing aids. It offers speech, language and motor services and education programs, such as sign language and communication classes. It also provides information and referral services and video communication to deaf people. It also offers rental of its more than 1,600-square-foot facility with audio and visual equipments to corporate and private sectors for special events for people suffering from hearing and speech impairment.
