After having a few bad experiences at other stores I was really nervous about going here. My co-workers all raved about this store so the pressure was really on when I went for my appointment. Boy, did they deliver! It was so much fun. The gal that helped me was really good at listening to what I wanted but also giving me honest feedback about what would flatter me the most. I am not a skinny girl by any means but I felt amazing the way she clipped me into the dresses. There was no pressure to buy and no sales gimmicks or scams. Just good old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone getting married!

Dresses on the shop are very comfortable and suitable for everyone.

My sister just bought a dress from this store, since she is having a short engagement they bought a dress off the rack and were told there was nothing wrong with it, it just needed cleaning. When they got it home and took it out of the bag they noticed several large rips in the bottom of the dress and immediately called the store. Instead of being apologized to or helped and offered solutions to the problem, they were attacked by the saleslady accusing them of ripping the dress and trying to pull one over on the store when the dress was just purchased a day earlier. I would never get a dress here after being treated like that. I guess customer service stops as soon as they have your cash.
