      I originally went to see Kristin at Mind Talk Hypnosis for weight loss and soon discovered it was a perfect fit to improve other areas in my life (my sleeping, stress, anxiety etc) as well. I can't thank her enough. So far it's been less than 6 sessions and I'm 12 lbs lighter exercising and eating right, sleeping better and a whole lot happier in just 3 months.

      I am a certified hypnotist who specializes in helping people with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, heartbreak, pain relief, overcoming trauma, phobias, cravings and bad habits, as well as sleeping better. I currently practice at my office in the Ballard area of Seattle. I also host a radio show about hypnosis every other Tuesday on the Chat With Women Network on KKNW 1150 AM Talk Radio, from 8 to 9am (for more info and to listen live or to archive shows, go to the websites listed).
