One of the rudest staff I have ever come across. They do not have a direct line, I'd you are running late don't bother calling or even showing up. My Husband and I took a ferry to get there and he was 15 mins late and was turned away. Told the doctor that we had called to let them know we were running late and He didn't care and had no knowledge of a voicemail since they obviously do not use the phone or listen to messages. Very rude and very careless. They look at you as a pay check rather than a patient. We were told that we were rescheduled to a closer location only to find out they stopped covering certain insurance. So by wasting time and money to get there to be turned away and Givin the run around with a poor attitude I would definitely not recommend this place. If I could I would rate this with negative stars

The front receptionist is terrible. Extremely bad attitude and unwilling to help you in any way. Also patient is not able to call directly into this office. For what reason I have no idea. So me being a new And needing driving directions to this office was impossible. I called their main number and the switchboard people have no idea on how to get to these locations. The front office staff are a reflection of the management there. So if I were them I would rethink my receptionist and hire somebody that is better suited for that job.

If I could give negative stars i would. My first appt, was fine, because i was on board with reducince the meds. Then I fell down stairs and broke my foot, and completely injoured my back and neckthey continued the tapper!!!! and gave me a twice a day med for breakthrough pain. eny one knows if you dont stay on top of the pain it gets out of controle. They sent Completely messed up chart notes to the dr. I wanted to change to. And I can oly get an apt weeks out. I call everyday to see if there has been a cancelation, because I am in so much pain I dont think I can make it till my apt, whithout checking they say no. I feel under the thumb of the most unsympathetic nurse practitioners in the world.... DONT RISK GOING TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!

I appreciate Dr. Li and Dr. Kuharich of Renton. I think I messed up the Renton doctor's name. Sorry! I'm very thankful that an office has been set up in Olympia. My problem particularly today was that phones weren't being answered at all three offices. Was this day, 2/4/13 a holiday?

while at first I was disappointed by the receptionists lack in giving good info. for directions (not telling us it was in hospital lot, there was no signs from road, where to park etc.) and then canceling my appointment for being late though they knew I'd been looking for the place and still didn't mention it's in hosp. lot. But it's fine, I should of known to ask. So then I waited for an hour hoping to get a canceled appt. spot. then the lady said oh I can get you in tomorrow. OK great, but it's 30miles away & I'm in too much pain to walk & have no car. So I got lucky and heard another person wanting the Seattle office who had an everett appt. we were able to switch. It was perfect. then I think it was better too because the PA Jenine was amazing, listened, gave good advice/tools for coping/preventing pain etc. and was willing to trust my knowledge of my body/pain etc. Though I will say they don't tolerate addicts looking for a fix, be prepared to be under med control. It's the best!

I have been treated by Dr. Li since early 2008 for pain pump refills and pain management. Dr. Li is not just a good doctor, he employs the latest science with a whole lot of common sense and reality. If you want a doctor and staff that will hold your hand and tell you everything is going to be alright, this isn't the clinic for you. If you want a doctor and staff that is competent, realistic and leading the charge to responsible pain management, this is definitely the place to come. Given a choice of any pain management facility anywhere, I would not hesitate to reinforce and repeat my selection of Dr. Li.

Dr. Li could take more time with his paiwnts and his offoce staff turn around is very high. I don't like having two trainies in the room with a docotr I only get 5-10 min with at the most .

If you are suffering with any type of pain, Dr.Frank Li and his highly capable professional and administrative staff will do everything they can to resolve your issues. While Dr. Li is quite conservative, it is reassuring to know that he's not just handing out the same type of pain relief to everyone. After close scrutiny of your condition, and a thorough discussion of what treatments have already been tried (and failed), Dr. Li or Kathy (ARNP extraordinaire) will start you on a regimen with the least amount of side effects and the greatest amount of pain relief. While this is a bustling practice, I never feel like just another number there and the staff always greet me by name. Two days after my first visit to Seattle Pain Clinic, I slept through the night, pain free, for the first time in five years. Run (if you can) or get those crutches on overdrive to get there - I promise you you won't be sorry!!
