How can Zillow stay in business and continue to list incorrect information on home values? No wonder the housing market seem so poor. If the public is misinformed the housing market will never correct itself. Zillow looks like another outfit looking to make a dollar and cheat the public.

I have a current appraisal that is over $30,000.00 more than their starting point and is causing a problem in selling the home. They claim they cannot change anything. They are not even within 10% of the appraised value. I may have to file suit to cover any losses I may incur in the sale of my home.
