      WHEN ENROLLING IN THIS PROGRAM NEED TO LET THE PEOPLE KNOW THEY NEED A REFERRAL FROM THEIR DOCTOR IF USING A FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF LUCK AND STUCK WITH A BILL AND WHO CARE IF IT NOT THEM HARD TO RECOVER FROM THIS SITUATION .
