These people have long since lost their passion for hair. Angela is capable but appears to be somewhere else while cutting hair. Although Rose gives a decent cut, the rotund Armenian woman is absolutely AWFUL!!! Angela will often pawn her clients off on her friend, who cannot cut hair. Someone should check to see if this woman is licensed??? This place is not worth the discounted price of a cut.
