My husband and I have lived here at Concord Village for quite a few years. We find it to be a nice, quiet, friendly and safe place to live.

I would llike to reply to a recent review dated June 26, 2011. The person that wrote the review must be nuts to live somewhere that they consider to be such a terrible place if they are that unhappy perhaps they should move. I also live at Concord Village apartments and it is the best place I have ever lived. It is safe and quite very peaceful. We have our bills paid. Many of the apartments have been recently remodeled. I love the neighbors it is like living in Walnut Grove (remember the tv show little house on the prairie) Very friendly environment. We are close to almost any place you would want to go in Sherman.

Nothings ever fixed. You are told what u can and cannot have and whom u can have for company. Paper thin walls, can hear your neighbor fart, cough, neighbors tv is like in your apartment. HUGH WATER BUGS. Its good only for deaf older people that live alone. That way you won't have anyone to talk to, and neighbors won't complain. No smoking, even outside. If u put anything visible on balcony, you will b threatened to b evicted.
