I had a horrible experience with Debra Tri at Simplicity Medspa. Debra Tri had no remorse, no kindness, and no compassion. I would warn anyone from going to her based off my opinion and experience. Debra Tri left me horribly injured and I had to see more than one specialist after to find out what was going on with me from her procedure. Debra Tri is the worse provider I have seen, it was almost as if she had no idea of what she did not know what she was doing. Debra Tri didn't have answers or explanations for what was going on with me after I was injured by her. Debra Tri left me on the side to figure out my injury on my own.

I recently had a IPL service from Deb at MedSpa, I wished i had read the reviews, it would have deterred me from using her services. The initial service was adequate, however the IPL service created more damage and worst results on my face, ended up with LARGE dark spots on my entire face, very visible. Her assistance took pictures and asked that i return a week later to meet with Deb. The meeting was ghastly, she was unprofessional, rude to her assistant, accusatory, huffed and puffed, rolling her eyes, as she scolded me. NO apology, no concern, just simply let me write a prescription to help fade away the dark spots. Buyers be aware of her shady practices and professionalism. She sold me a buy one get one, never got the get one. The damage she did to my face, will now be more costly as i will need to see a dermatologist/plastic surgeon.

Debra Tri and her Simplicity MedSpa took no accountability for what she did to me.I am only writing in my opinion and in fact.Debra Tri denied ever doing any wrong or anything that she did to my face. I would tell anyone who is considering to going to a small business like this to do your research and to know who you are seeing.I have a permanent scar that I will have to live with for the rest of my life.Since Debra Tri took no responsibility for me think to yourself if you want to risk being scarred or anything else and having her take no sympathy for you.
