After receiving the items I ordered I was disappointed in the quality of one of them. After several phone calls to reach the salesman, he reluctantly told me I could return it but a 20% restocking fee would apply. I was credited for the sales amount on my credit card but was charged 30% for restocking. Because of their attitude and hassles of dealing with them, I will take my business elsewhere. Louis M.
