I ordered a helmet for my husband last week and got it in 3 days. Perfect condition and excellent service. I order online all the time and it is not uncommon for ANY company to take 2 weeks to ship a product so I just don't freak out when I don't get it in a day. My experience was great.

I ordered a helmet from them on 5-20-09 and called back on 5-22-09 to cancel it.I oreded another helmet and was told since the first helmet never shipped I had not been charged for it.I used my debit card and I got a letter from my bank on 5-30-09 that said I was overdrawn to the tune of several hundred dollars.I called them back on 6-1-09 and the salesman that looked at my account said oh wow.They had charged me for both helmets for no good reason.I am still trying to straighten out my account and will be for sometime yet because of their carelessness with it.They have some good prices,but the cost of doing business with them is too high for me.BUYER BEWARE!
