There are not enough glorious adjectives to say about this Plumbing family!



Apparently I needed to change the "thermo couple" (that's what the SoCal gasman explained to me, w superclear instructions and stressing how important it was to get a Licensed Plumber as the Warranty would not hold if the work was performed by someone unlicensed)



Sounds straight-forward right! Not!

Tried calling some plumbers and found it challenging to get some type of quote, despite me being able to provide model nr. what needed to be fixed etc. Some moron even suggested after 8 min. on the phone, that I call the Plumbing Supply store, to get a price on the thermo-couple for my particular model, in order for me to get a price quote!!! (this was after he insisted on NOT giving me a quote without coming out, after all "something else might be wrong with it" Sure, the SoCal gas man doesn't know what he's doing).



Anyway, enough of the drama : )



Pete's Plumbing seemed too good to be true.

Patty (Pete's wife) asked no weird question, and gave me a quote in 30 seconds!!!! Told me they would be at my house within 2 hours.

Tony (Patty's and Pete's son) came out within the hour!!!

Is this not bliss?



Tony was done in a short time, pointed out something else that needed to be addressed and did so for the same $$ since they charge by the hour.



When he left, I made sure to put up the little magnet business cards where ever I might need them, that is if I ever need to call for a plumber again.
