Worst taxi can company ever! Has my sick child waiting outside in the cold for over 2 hours. Supervisors on call was unbelievably rude and totally unsympathetic and had the nerve to talk crazy to me. I sincerely hope y'all don't make another penny in Montgomery County. If I could give Sun cab no stars I wouldn't even blink or think twice about it. I seriously can't believe how horrible a company they are!

I was in a Sun cab 5161.. When I kindly asked the driver to make change at the red light he says no not now but takes the money. I kindly asked for it back and said I would be happy to wait. He then begins yelling and telling me to stop arguing with him. It is my right to ask him to stop verbally abusing me and to please take me to my destination. He stops the cab then tells me to be quite or he will not take me to my destination.
I then called 911 because I td him he was frightening me with his loud yelling and arm swinging at me. I was scared. I thought he was going to jump in the back seat and beat me up. Please anyone do not take this driver ever.

I am sitting at the hospital waiting on a cab and have been since 1145pm lastnight. It is now 141am and still no cab. I call and only thing they can tell me is that they don't have any cabs in the area. There was another lady waiting on a cab. She called barwood and was picked up 5 min later. The only reason they got a star is because i don't have the option of putting up a no good service star.

never use this company because it is the worst, their manager Brian does not know how to work with people, and the drivers do not know how to drive a car. If you value your time, do not use this company NEVER

Sun Cab is unreliable and has the very worst customer service imaginable. I called Sun Cab, 3 days in advance for scheduled pick up at 4pm. When the cab failed to arrive, I called & was that the cab would come in 20-30 min. After 5pm (over 1 hr late) still no Cab. 5:30pm I spoke with supervisor who was unsympathetic & unhelpful. 5:45 I got alternate transportation. At approximately 6:00pm(two hours late) , the Sun Cab driver calls my cell and(I am not making this up) asks for directions & says that he does not have GPS. I told him that after two hours I found alternative transportation. Sun Cab is unreliable and has outrageously poor customer service. I would not recommend Sun Cab to anyone.

I explained that we are going to have a lot of bags and there will be 3 of us. I asked for minivan. They ve sent Toyota prius!!! Manager Daniel was the weakest manager I've ever talked to. All his answers were "I don't know", "I can't do anything"

I asked the dispatcher of there is a cab close by, she said "4 cabs in my area, one should be at my house shortly" 20 mins no cab , I called and they said dispatch working hard to get me a cab. Almost 2 hrs later and every time I call they send me to am automated system that says they are busy and trying hard to dispatch me a cab

This company SUCKS. Because of them I am super late for work and because of this it may cost me my job. It's hard enough living here without a car, this company shouldn't exist.

Wait 2 hours for a taxi and they kept lying to me saying that the taxi was 2 miles away from my home

THESE PEOPLE HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EVEN GIVE THEM MY ADDRESSES THEY HAVE ABSOULTLY THE WORST CAB SERVICE YOU WOULD EVER WANT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!!!!!!
