0I hired Andy's and they installed gutters and downspouts on my garage. I had a problem with my yard flooding and they problem has been fixed. They were very good at keeping me up to date as to when the work was going to be scheduled and call the day before to let me know when they were coming.
Andy's was great to work with! I called and left a message. They called me back, I told them what I wanted done, they came by to take a look when I wasn't home, and emailed me over an estimate. Price and communication was great and they did the work while I was at work. No issues. Definitely recommend using them.

Andy's Custom Gutters Inc. is a very reputable company. I had no problems with his work....You should read his 300 reports on Angies List.
I called Andy's company for some quick emergency work on my gutters. He asked me to mail a contract, and I dropped it off. He got to the work about a week later. Work was average. I was home, but no one knocked to say "hi" - downspout does not match the other downspouts on the house. No way to tell if someone actually cleaned the gutter, as no one knocked.We pay our bills at the end of the month. Andy called during the workday to ask where his check was, I quietly told him I would mail it. I mailed it within two business days. Tonight, I got a confrontation call at 8:30 pm the day before Thanksgiving to find out if I mailed the check.I was OK with the service, but there's obviously a communication issue here. At no time did Andy come over to introduce himself, nor did the person doing the work.All sorts of assumptions are being made here. 1) I'm not home2) I don't want to payI am a small businessman too, and at any time, my customer base might owe me thousands of dollars.
