Dale and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They have reasonable rates and are very thorough. When we were getting our house (termite) inspection done the other inspector there said in all his years he had never seen someone check that many areas and really take there time to make sure it was done right. He found termites in an area most inspectors wouldn't have bothered checking. Highly recommend! I have been a customer for three years now and have never had a bad experience.
