Just when I was having a bad week and thought it couldn't get any worse; I went to Ultimate Tan and had the best customer service experience ever. "Katie" was an awesome representative for Ultimate Tan!!! Very professional, very knowledgable of her job, and went beyond her call of duty to make me feel welcome. I was having a REAL bad week and she gave me a great boost for a better week. Good jobs go unnoticed, please tell someone when they are doing a good job. Katie is a great assest to Ultimate Tan of Smithfield!!

GREAT customer service, very clean, cute, and fashionable. Way better than any tanning bed i've been too before.

No real selection on lotion.. WAY overpriced. Bulbs aren't changed when they're supposed to be.They only clean the bottom part of the tanning bed, seen it myself. Workers are ditzy and don't know about tanning, just about selling. Still searching for a decent tanning salon in the area.
