Bella Villa Pizza they have bad customer service esp.for delivery expect late delivery cold food and if its pizza just go to the grocery store and buy the frozen ones

Food is good although at times the quality is could be better

I was born and raised in Smyrna and have been coming here since I was a kid. Bella Villa has outstanding cheesesteaks, pizzas, and strombolis! The same family has owned and run the place for many, many years. It's warm and inviting with a small town feel. I desperately miss them when I'm in New Mexico where I now live most of the year. I highly recommend you go and enjoy this great little restaurant.

The few times I've been to this place, the old lady was rude, they messed up our order she gave us major attitude when we asked if they could fix our order over their mistake! Not going back there again.

I am 51 years old and grew up in Smyrna . . .I use to go to Ernestoo's when I was in High School. I would NOT recommend the pizza place now. I ordered a "special pizza with no green peppers on half". When I got it home it had only green peppers on one half and the other half was the special. I called to let them know the mistake and was told that they would make me the correct pizza. They offered to deliver it but since I only lived a mile away I said that I would pick up the correct pizza that I appreciated them willing to make it right. When I arrived "Mama would not give the correct pizza because I did not return the other one which my husband had eaten a piece out of. This is the SECOND time that this has happened. I left and will NEVER return. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I just moved down here from New York, and wanted good pizza. My first stop was Bella Villa and it was awesome. The food was homemade, fresh and just like home. There was a nice older lady who helped me that everyone calls her momma, which gives it a very cozy feeling. She was very hospitable and made our family feel like home. Even gave one of my daughters dough to play with to keep her busy while the food was cooking. I definately recommend this place.

I ordered food for delivery tonight and the food was cold. I ate half of my sub and it made me sick to the stomach. I saved my carrot cake for later on tonight to eat while watching "Matlock" and as I was eating the cake I came across something very hard. I took a napkin to take it out of my mouth and when I looked inside the napkin there were pieces of pecan shells along with a chunk of my tooth! On my last visit dining in the restaurant my family and I sat in a booth in the back next to a window. We observed all the other customers dining inside being waited on but, no one ever came to wait on our table even though we arrived before some of the other customers. As the waitresses were waiting on others, they were looking at us looking at them but, still no one ever came to wait on us. My family and I got up and left without a word. After I called the restaurant to let them know what I found inside the carrot cake and about my tooth being damaged; they said they were not responsible because they order the cake from a different company. They were very inconsiderate, unapologetic, and rude! My family and I will take our business elsewhere from now on! Anyone considering this restaraunt - watch out for your teeth and the downright ignorance of the staff! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worse enemy!

Had the best pizza since my family and I moved from Northern Jersey. The wait wasn't too long and the pizza was just like home.
