Worst experience I have ever had with a cleaner. Received my comforter with a 3-4inch rip in it. They neglected to let me know until I got home and saw for myself. They told me they would repair it and its been over 2 weeks and still no comforter. Extremely unprofessional. They also offered a $20 credit as if I'd ever go back! Only go here if you wish to have your stuff come back in worse shape then you dropped it off.
