Terrible customer service as well as rude employees that think the customer is always wrong . And watch out for the lady manager with a filthy mouth. This company will go out of business if they treat others as I have been treated.Time is money for me.I was told by the guy working counter I would not be helped until everyone else was gone and if other customers showed up that I would also have to wait for them before I would be helped. That's where I draw the line. So I call to complain about this and the Manger lady said I was bulls**t and said she has the right to refuse service to me then called me a d**k and hung up on me. That was after I told her I had been coming there for years and all Im asking for is an apology and tell me it wouldn't happen again.There is plenty of other places that sell soil and actually keep their soil indoors protected from bugs, molds and mildews.
