Cormier Jewelers may be listed as doing watch repair, but it seems that they cannot even change a watch battery without breaking a watch. I brought my Pulsar PF3183 watch in for a new battery, and upon getting it back the chronograph functions no longer work properly. To make matters worse, they insist that they could not have done any damage since all they did was change the battery. Since this watch always worked properly before they changed the battery, it seems pretty clear that they are responsible for the damage. Stay away from them at all costs!

Despite all the glowing reviews I have heard about Cormiers, my experience with them was less than stellar. My fiance ordered my engagement ring from them, with the appropriate size. When it came in, it was 2 sizes too small. We brought it back in, and it was shoddily resized and very frail. After a phone call, and another trip in to leave the ring, it was finally resized correctly. Due to my experiences, I would not shop there again. It's a shame - I would love to support a local business, but my experience with them has left a bad taste in my mouth.
