After being a member for a year, my regular therapist said I could not have a massage because I am having chemo for my MS. Said it was company policy because we are so fragile. Actually chemo improves health in MS patients which I pointed out. canceled my membership. My husband spoke with the manager who was very confused and said it was not policy. She had also never heard of the 1980 Americans with Disanilities Act. I have contacted state ADA and licensing board for therapist. Spa has not contacted me at all about this, no clarification or apology.
