We are a locally owned company and have been in business for 28 years. We carry small and major appliance parts for all major brands. We also repair small appliances. We bought 2 replacements parts for our dryer from them, and was charged a total of $93.21. Came home and looked up the parts online because we thought that was ridiculously expensive, and found out we could get them online for $23 total. Took the items back (never removed from box) the next day and was charged a 20% "restocking" fee (which applies to all returns) which they said was to cover "card charge fees", and cost us about $18. I don't know any credit or debit card company that charges a company 20% of each transaction. Ridiculous. What a rip off!!! Look ANYWHERE else before going here!
This place has always helped us out from our dryer to the refrigerator, they are nice and willing to figure out what the problem is

I came in expecting I would need to buy another $200 vacuum cleaner that day. I left the store with a $5 part and the info on how to change it. The part worked great and now so does my vacuum. I was very impressed with the information given. I will defiantly return to do business.
We had an Oster electric kettle that was still under warranty. We contacted Appliance Parts Mart and got terrific follow up and service. I recommend them highly.
Have delt w/Appliance Part Mart and the results have been excellent. Ordered a replacement fan for an old commercial over head cooking vent fan took two times but got correct replacement fan. The mistake was the manufactures not APM'S. Also got parts for Oster blender, vaccum, etc. If the part isn't available in store he orders it for you. Customer service is excellent.
I went in thinking I needed a new dryer filter, the technician working said it looked good, discussed my problem and told me how to probably solve it. I went home and did as he said and it solved my problem totally!
