      Wagstaff, a company based out of Spokane, Wash., supplies direct-chill aluminum casting equipment to aluminum producers in more than 52 countries around the world. The company created the first integral jacketed mold from a solid block of aluminum. Wagstaff launched its Dual Jet and SplitJet technologies and created ingot molds capable of casting varying width products and a multitude of alloys. The company s innovations have yielded trickle-down benefits for manufacturers of can stock, foil, electronics and more. The foundation of its product line is the Wagstaff MaxiCast Hot Top Billet Casting System. Items such as the Wagstaff AutoCast Automated Casting Control System and the Wagstaff LaundAir Air Cooled Distribution Trough are equally important in casting the best ingot and billet possible. Wagstaff, established in 1946, has manufacturing facilities in Kentucky, Germany, Spain and Australia.
