I have a donation of toiletry bags made by a local service organization. Calling the Red Cross only gets me a hang up and no one to talk to about donation. How is anyone able to get to these people?

I was attempting to get the site information for the National Headquarters, instead your bloody service sent mme to Yakima, WA.. Totally useless.

I HAVE A BIG BOX OF NEW SHOES AND SOME CLOTHES I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE TO THE AMERICAN TORNADO VICTIMS, BUT CAN NOT FIND A PLACE TO DO SO.

I am the owner of a motel where the Spokane American Red Cross puts people to stay when they need it and the Red Cross people take forever to send payment. They are always missing some document, so payment is late again. We give a discount and try to be helpful and we end up waiting for the payment over a month. This happened couple of times and we are extremly disapointed. I always want to help, but I always get screwed up. Someday because of organizations like theirs I might not help somebody that deserves it.

Between "Push this for that" and "call this number for that" I probably would have died if I really needed help. I was attempting to obtain an E-mail address in order to request a clarification of an item in a "Be Red Cross Ready" mailer we recently received. So much for that idea.
