I changed butchers due to the overly long wait lines and excessive flirtatiousness of my previous butcher. The Rosewood Eggers is very close to my house, competitively priced and offers a nice selection of popular meats as well as exotic offerings such as buffalo and other hard to find items. I do wish a few of the staff would at least smile back (one girl always looks miserable and won't talk) but overall it has been a nice change and I recommend them to my friends. I'll take reserved over TOO friendly in a butcher any day.
