At the recommendation of a friend, I had Shadle do a bathroom remodel that I've been wanting to do for awhile. I met with the owner and he was able to figure out a way to make my small bathroom seem much larger by installing a pocket door, huge differnce! We also installed a nice vanity with storage below the sink along with nice new tub. I went to Lowes with the owner and he helped me pick out the materials, which was a big help. I have a couple more projects and will hire Shadle again.

First impression may be deceiving. This contractor was great in the beginning but when he made a promise he FELL through big time! This contractor cost me over $10,000 in damage when he instructed me to drain my water system (as I did) so he could do a repair when I was out of town. When he finished the job he turned the water back on but failed to check all faucets in the house and left a sink open which intern caused a flood. He refused to report it to his insurance company since we turned off the water (per his instructions) after all wasn t his hand last on the water... YES!!! In good faith and because he was a friend of my deceased (handicapped) father I turned over the claim to my insurance and agreed in a verbal agreement that he would do enough in labor to make up for my $1000 deductible. Although he did most of the work, two projects he agreed to do he failed to finish because he was so busy and overworked. Finally a year later I asked if he could work me in to his schedule to finish the repayment and he told me NO!!! He said that I like my father and that we bleed him dry and he wasn t going to do anything more for me! First of all I never nor did my father bleed him dry. If he thought that he could of turned away our work! Second he FLOODED my home!! To the point it was not livable! I worked with the situation and took the high road and make his life easier by not doing what I should have and fought his insurance company! He is a snake in the grass just looking for a little old lady to bite! He claims his old lady clientele doesn t need him to advertising online but I see he s all over the internet now! Business must not be going well. I totally understand since he doesn t stick to his word with his customers. Oh and by the way... several things he did for me failed within a year so if you have any smarts do NOT go with Shadle Contracting... you will get burned!!!

Tim did a great job with my home makeover. He did quality work, while being dependable to meeting his deadlines. I liked that he didn't smoke. He did most of the work himself, so I knew who I was dealing with from the estimate through the project.

He kept me posted on his work and was able to complete the project on time and within budget.

Came to the job well prepared with proper equipment. Also cleaned up the project at the end of each day and didn't skimp on materials.

I would gladly use him again and have recommended him to others to use.
