She actually started out as a pretty good dentist. I liked her, then about a year ago service started going down real quickly. The last straw was when I had a problem with a tooth and she told me it needed a filling. She filled it and that evening I had a massive infection. I was running a fever and my face was swollen.



I called her office the next day to have her look at it and she refused. My friend tried to call her to get me (I was really sick by this time) an appointment and she refused. Said it wasn't her problem and that there was nothing she could do.



Fortunately, I was able to see my physician the next day. She verified that I had a massive infection from whatever Cline did and gave me antibiotics for the infection.



About a week later, the filling fell out. I haven't been back since. With as much money as I had spent at Cline I simply don't need to waste it on incompetency. I've found a new dentist and am happy with them.



A friend of mine just had a filling placed in by Cline a week ago. It fell out the next day. When she called Cline's office the staff tried to tell my friend it's been a couple of weeks. My friend told them it was just a few days ago. When she finally got an appointment to get the filling replaced Cline tried to argue with her that it wasn't the filling. My friend took out the filling from a tin she had kept it in and showed it to her.



Then Cline tried to blame the problem on something my friend did to make the filling fall out. Possibly brushing her teeth too hard. My friend informed her that she was not brushing her teeth at the time it fell out. She was taking a drink of water.



I don't know what's happened to Cline but she's not someone I would recommend.

When you check out of your "wonderful" dental experience to pay, dont expect to not have to pay later on too. After I had two fillings done I asked the receptionist(with a stressful tone in my voice mind you) "Now this is all I owe for SURE after the insurance and all?" and what she said "Yes sir this is all you owe AFTER the insurance". Well come to find out I get a bill for an extra amount. So I called the Office and they reffered me to the insurance company assuring me that the problem lay with them. I call the insurance and come to find out they billed the WHOLE amount to the THAT DAY! So all in all it was the receptionist who made the mistake, so I gave them a call back and they would not accept responsibility in making a the mistake(I guess they are the only humans on this earth that dont make mistakes)hmmmmm. So now I get to lay down some more cash(or pennies ; ) ) for their screw up.
