I've rented at the backlick site for a month recently. The property was very cleaned and secure. The manager was very helpful, she answered all my questions and listen intently. The prices are good and they have great promotions. And although I found anoter site that was a bit cheaper I rented at Backlick because of the great customer service she gave me. I would highly recomend storing at this location.

Great customer service at this storage facility. I experienced a small problem with my unit - the door latch jammed and the staff was very quick to come to my rescue. Fair prices, clean building and a bathroom available at all times are a few more reasons I will not store anywhere else during my stay in VA.
