I called and got an appointment basically the same day. The people on the phone were very nice and professional. The people who came out, were friendly, professional, keep my home clean, even while cleaning our fireplace. They know their stuff, and can explain what is wrong to where "normal" people can understand.



Their prices are fantastic. I called and had other companies give me estimates for what was wrong on my chimney. Safer & Warmer had lower prices and all work was/is being done by Certified Techs. If you need a chimney cleaning or dryer vent cleaning these are the people I highly recommend.
