I had the worst experience with them. I tried to surrender a kitten that my son is allergic to and I received a call from a rep at SPCA and before I could even explain my situation, I was told "ok goodbye" and hung up on. VERY RUDE and VERY non-professional. You would think that a no-kill shelter would want to save the animals but it seems like they dont even care what would happen to the animal. It was just all about her feelings at the time. Sometimes if you give a person time to talk, you could hear what is being said to them.....Thats all I have to say about this company......
