Working with Russ was a great experience. He spent so much time making sure that we were happy with every step and decision. He really made us feel like we were his only costumers, willing to take phone calls, emails, and regular drop ins. I really appreciated that he was so willing to work within our limited budget without making us feel like we had to give up our picture. He respected the budget as gospel, without trying to make us feel like we had to spend more. The engagement ring turned out beautifully, exactly what we had in mind and right at the budget. Russ listened to and solicited our ideas, stayed within out budget without any pressure to increase it, and gave us a breathtaking ring that will be treasured for many, many years. We will be back for wedding bands, and I wish I had more reasons to get custom jewelry just to work with Russ again.
