I was traveling through and had a flat tire. I went in to this place. Darryl the owner was amazing. he was very busy but he went out of his way to stop what he was doing. Assist me, and try to save me money. Good honest hardworking guy! Was very happy this was the place I stopped at. Highly recommended!

They do a great job on all kinds of car repairs and get you in and out. They've fixed problems for us that we weren't able to fix anywhere else. I bought a driver's side mirror for my husband's car for Christmas and they not only installed the new mirror but painted it to match. Highly recommended!

I had been getting the run-around with a fuel pump issue and Carolina Mobile Auto Repair in Winston Salem for over a year. Their attempt to fix the issue was to replace the fuel pump, though on my first visit I mentioned the fuel pump had been replaced and they may want to check wiring, etc. After repeated failures and tow bills, the last time they worked on it. my truck wouldn't crank when they said it as ready. In front of me, their mechanic came out with a hammer and hit on my fuel tank trying to make things work..... My father and brother have both been customers of Jones Tire And Automotive so I turned my truck over to them. Right off the start, they found an electrical issue and made the appropriate repair. Two months later and my truck cranks every time I try it. Now I will let them work on my car that my previous mechanic couldn't get the miss out of.... These folks are highly recommended by not only me, but my father, brother, and nephews!
