If we could give them 0 stars we would. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Not trustworthy and very dishonest. Incompetent in every way. Stay far away from this company!!

Know what you are paying for! They charge by the hour. This of course is typical for this kind of company IF they know what they are doing! We asked them to search for a septic tank and to bring a camera since we knew due to the age of the property that it would be hard to find. They didn't bring the camera and after over 2 hours and over $500 in charges they left without finding the septic tank! The two employees were not friendly and were as slow as molasses. Mgmt was unsympathetic and didn't even apologize for not sending the camera that we specifically asked for at the time of the appointment. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to any of my fellow Virginians.
