      Unfair and unfriendly are just to start with. Make sure you read the receipt they give you and return the equipment right on time otherwise you pay a very heavy fine and they do not have mercy to wave even for half an hour, and they do not know anything about customer service. Businesses spend a lot of money to gain a customer but they lost one for a few Dollars. No wonder they have been dis-servicing unaware people from the same dump for so many years without any improvement.
