I am currently living in northern Virginia but moved here from northern Texas. There is a serious lack of good Mexican food here...until Hot Mexican Grill moved in. I have tried the typical chains around here like Don Pablos, On the Border, and Los Toltecos...and everywhere I've been has really let me down. Hot Mexican Grill has the best service of anywhere I've eaten and has the best flautas as well. That's saying a lot considering where I come from, all the places I've eaten at, and how well priced the food is here. You may walk in and think the place doesn't look like much and perhaps is disturbingly empty, but if you walk out because of that you will miss out on the best Mexican food in northern Virginia.
