Quality rentals is a very nice company they will help you find anything you might need awesome customer service and payment plans they are affordable prices they do 120 days same as cash they have different payment options they also have free delivery and set up. If u need anything go see them.

We appreciate the support of the local communities who have made us feel very welcomed since we have opened in August of 2014. I would invite anyone who would like to see the steps we take to protect our customers and our personal homes from allegations about bed bugs by two apparently unhappy customers. I would agree with Michaela read all the fine words some of our customers gave us in reviews, perhaps they read a review that didn't portray us in a fair way and wanted people to read about their experiences with our company. There are two sides to every situation and I feel bad that we were unable to make all of our reviews 5 stars. Thank you for recognizing our employees doing a good job in your opinion. Hopefully if you do business with us again your review will also be at least 3 stars or more. Thank you for your business, again it's unfortunate you were not happy with our company. We have had no other claims of bed bugs since we have opened and our store itself has never had an issue with bed bugs. We again do have several procedures in place that the Ohio Department of bedding, upholstery and stuffed toys have recognized stating no other RENT TO OWN or seller of preleased products listed above go to the length we do to prevent BED BUGS, Lice , Dust Mites, etc. We would lo to put anyone's doubts or concerns to rest and give them 100% confidence that we are the safest place to buy upholstered goods whether new or used.

The workers at the store are amazing they work with you and get the things you need for every day living. I live in bellaire and go to that store because they are the best around and yes I have rented off the stores around they treat you like a number not a person but quality treats you like family. So do yourself a favor and try there store out you will not be disappointed.

BED BUGS!!! ok so I've been breaking out reAlly bad since we got the couch and we all including my Dr. Thought it was due to an allergy we had the guys come pick it up because we didn't want the extra bill anymore and had the courtesy to tell them about my so called allergy and found out there was bed bugs in it. We were told that we were the cause even tho none of our other furniture had them. We were told that it could not have been them because they have a special truck for used furniture. However they brought a regular furniture truck and was loading it until we stopped them to make them aware. When they looked thats when they were found. And to beat it all they had to borrow our flashlight to look for them. They then left and went back to get a different truck. We also thought it was hilarious that my husband put a review on here and within a couple of hours there was all kinds of positive feedbacks all dated for today. Don't believe me look and laugh for yourself. We had no problem with the employees there and didn't want anything but to warn them of a potential problem but they turned into pure ########.

I have been a customer since a few months after they opened the store. I have purchased several things there and have gotten nothing but the best customer service. Their store and merchandise as well as their workers are always clean and presentable. They are always willing to work within your budget and also on payment days. I would recommend renting from this store to anyone. im usually in this store weekly and everytime I come through the door they already know who I am and have my account pulled up..they are very professional, personable, and CLEAN!!
