In our experience John was a man of his word. He came and did the estimate for our new roof when he said he would. His price was fair from the beginning. Others tried to gouge us and then would eventually come down to John's price. John's team came and did the work. We had a small clean up issue and John didn't hesitate to correct it with haste.
