Two delivery guys came banging on my screen door and window as if they were cops. They scared my kids and myself. Got my kids crying running everywhere. Was it really necessary for them to bang that hard and loud? Better yet, they were yelling from outside while banging too. It was nonstop banging! Lousy service! If only i took down their names! It was a very disappointing delivery.

Excellent company to deal with. Always have problems with UPS!

Fed Ex has failed time and again so I thought it was time to save something. On my latest experience my package was to be delivered on the 23rd. It never shows up. I call the next day, Friday, and am told it is in Stockton. I am in Stockton and want to just go pick it up from the Performance Rd. facility. I am told I can't because it is still on the truck and it will be delivered Monday. I leave for Chicago Monday and need it before I leave. Bottom line is my package was not delivered on time, again, and is sitting on a truck 15 miles from my house for 3 days and I can't just go get it.

I never have problems like this with UPS or USPS. I think it is time to avoid companies that ship FedEx.
